Blaire 2.0

Way back in the day, I had an OC who was named Blaire. She was a little Flareon Gijinka for a role play group... I made her in Jr. High so the design and personality I gave her sucked a whole lot. 

I didn't really want to give her Flareon ears so I just went with the human ones. Gave her some earrings and cuffs as well. It's just a rough sketch, so nothing special to see here
